01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Live Healthy LLC (“Living Healthy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of the Just Right™ family of wellness programs — including Just Right D™, Just Right GLP-1™, and Just Right Healthy Aging™ — and the websites, questionnaires, products, and communications we provide (together, the “Services”).

You accept these Terms when you check the acceptance box at sign-up or checkout, or when you place an order. Accepting these Terms also means you have read our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Please read Section 14 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives your right to participate in a class action, unless you opt out within 30 days.

02Wellness, not medical care

Just Right is a wellness product, not a medical service. The programs, recommendations, questionnaires, content, and supplements we provide are for general health and wellness support only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the Services does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

You should always talk with your physician or another licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or health routine — and rely on them for the diagnosis, advice, and ongoing management of your health. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read or received through the Services. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911.

03Who can use the Services & your account

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older who are located in the United States. The Services are not for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Our questionnaire asks about this, and we will not enroll you if either applies. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We exclude pregnancy and breastfeeding as a precaution: our programs have not been designed or evaluated for those circumstances, and nutrient needs during pregnancy and breastfeeding are different. If you become pregnant or begin breastfeeding while enrolled, tell your physician and follow their guidance on whether to continue. You can cancel at any time, and we'll cancel for you if you ask.

If you create an account, you agree to give accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

04Your personalized recommendation

Our programs use the information you provide through our questionnaires to generate a recommendation personalized to you. What each program covers is described on its own program page.

Because everyone's body, biology, and circumstances are different, we cannot promise or guarantee any particular result, level, or health outcome. Our recommendations depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us, and they are general wellness suggestions — not a prescription, and not a substitute for testing, monitoring, and guidance from your own healthcare provider. You're responsible for the information you share and for the choices you make about your health.

Our recommendations do not account for every possible interaction between supplements, medications, and health conditions. Review any recommendation with your own healthcare provider before acting on it, particularly if you take prescription medication or have a chronic health condition.

05Exercise and physical activity

Some of our programs include resistance training, mobility work, and other physical activity, delivered through videos, written instructions, and messages.

Physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury. That risk is real for everyone and can be greater for older adults, for people who have been inactive, and for people with existing injuries or medical conditions. By taking part in any exercise content we provide, you accept that risk.

Before you begin, get clearance from your physician or another licensed healthcare professional — especially if you are over 60, have a heart, lung, joint, bone, or balance condition, are recovering from an injury or surgery, or have been told by a professional to limit your physical activity.

While you exercise: work within your own limits, use a stable surface and appropriate equipment, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or anything else that concerns you — and seek medical attention if it doesn't resolve. Our exercise content is general instruction. It is not supervised training, it is not physical therapy, and nobody from Living Healthy is watching your form or monitoring your condition.

06Orders, pricing & payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Prices and product availability can change, and we may correct errors, cancel orders, or limit quantities. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; by ordering, you authorize us (and them) to charge your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Just Right is offered as an ongoing subscription. When you enroll, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Before you enroll and before we collect your payment details, we show you the price, the billing frequency, the length of any introductory or trial period and what you will be charged when it ends, and how to cancel. After you enroll, we send you an email confirming those terms. We also send any renewal reminders required by the laws of your state.

Your consent to automatic renewal is separate from your acceptance of these Terms, and we will not enroll you in a subscription without it.

07Cancellations, refunds & shipping

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is at least as easy as signing up — online through your account, or by emailing us at info@joinjustright.com. We will not require you to call, chat, or sit through a retention offer in order to cancel.

Cancelling stops future charges and shipments. If you cancel before your next order ships, we refund that charge in full.

Refunds

If a renewal order shipped before you had a chance to cancel, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided the product is unopened.

Opened product cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Our products are consumable health items. Once a container has been opened, we have no way to verify how it was stored or handled, and we will not resell or reuse it. This is a safety rule that protects every one of our customers, and we apply it consistently.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know and we'll make it right with a replacement or another appropriate remedy.

Shipping

We'll ship your order to the address you provide. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the package to the carrier.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

08Text messages & electronic communications

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically — by email, text message, and notices posted in the Services — and that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. You may withdraw this agreement by closing your account, though we may still need to send you communications required by law.

If you opt in to our text-message program, we'll send program content and updates to the number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. How we handle the information behind these messages is described in our Privacy Policy.

09Acceptable use & suspension

Please use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • Provide false information or impersonate someone else;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems;
  • Copy, scrape, resell, or misuse our content or products; or
  • Use the Services in any way that could harm us or other users.

We may suspend or end your access if you misuse the Services, if we're required to by law, or if we stop offering a program. If we end your access while you have an active subscription, we'll cancel it and refund any amount you've paid for products we haven't shipped. You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive — including Sections 11 through 15 and 17 — continue to apply after your account ends.

10Our intellectual property

The Just Right and Living Healthy names, logos, program content, text, graphics, and design are owned by Live Healthy LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use the Services for your own wellness. Please don't reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

11Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce any specific health result. As noted above, our recommendations are general wellness support and are not a guarantee of any outcome. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Healthy LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

And to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or Service that gave rise to the claim.

Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — for example, for fraud, for gross negligence, or for personal injury caused by our negligence where the law does not allow such a limit.

13Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover and hold us harmless from reasonable claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the law or someone else's rights.

14Disputes & arbitration

We'd like to resolve any concern quickly and informally, so please contact us first — most issues can be sorted out that way. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may begin arbitration.

You and Live Healthy LLC agree that any dispute relating to the Services or these Terms will be settled by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit, and an arbitrator can award the same remedies a court could on an individual basis.

Class-action waiver. Disputes will be handled only on an individual basis. You and we both waive the right to bring or take part in a class, collective, or representative action. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim — and only that claim — will proceed in court rather than in arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies.

Two exceptions: either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either of us may go to court to protect intellectual-property rights.

Your right to opt out. If you don't want to be bound by arbitration, email us at info@joinjustright.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out won't affect your use of the Services in any way.

15General terms

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision of these Terms right away, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific terms we present to you, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services, and replace any earlier understanding on the subject.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Events outside our control. We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, carrier or supplier disruptions, or outages of infrastructure we rely on.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give additional notice as required by law. Changes are not retroactive: they apply to your use of the Services after they take effect, and your continued use after that means you accept the revised Terms.

17Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except for the arbitration described above, any matter that proceeds in court will take place in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
