01Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Live Healthy LLC (“Living Healthy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with the Just Right™ family of wellness programs — including Just Right D™, Just Right GLP-1™, and Just Right Healthy Aging™ — and the websites, questionnaires, and communications we provide (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
02Wellness, not medical care
Just Right programs provide general health and wellness support. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from your physician or other licensed healthcare professional.
Because we are a direct-to-consumer wellness company rather than a healthcare provider or health plan, the health-related information you provide — such as your age, weight, and health history — is handled under this Privacy Policy and the other privacy laws that apply to us. We treat that information as sensitive and protect it accordingly.
03Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact & account details: name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address.
- Health & wellness questionnaire responses: the information we use to personalize your recommendation — your age, where you live (used to determine your latitude), your sun exposure, seasonal factors, your skin tone, your body composition, and your vitamin D level if you know it.
- Eligibility screening answers: we also ask whether you take certain medications, have certain medical conditions, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. We use these answers only to determine whether you can enroll.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Communications: messages you send us and your preferences for email and text updates.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & analytics).
Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from service providers who help us operate the Services, such as our payment processor, fulfillment partner, and analytics providers.
04How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate your personalized wellness recommendation and run your program;
- Process orders, payments, and shipments, and provide customer support;
- Deliver the program content you sign up for, including exercise videos and nutrition tips by email or text;
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
- Send administrative messages and, where you have opted in, marketing messages;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
- Protect the rights, safety, and property of our users and Living Healthy.
We do not use the health-related information you provide to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not sell it.
05Text-message (SMS) program
If you opt in to receive text messages, we (and the messaging providers acting on our behalf) will send program content and updates to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
07Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our websites. Google Analytics is not active on our health questionnaires, and we do not send your questionnaire responses to Google or any other analytics provider. We do not enable Google Signals or link Google Analytics to advertising products.
08How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09How long we keep it
We keep different information for different lengths of time:
- Health questionnaire responses and your personalized recommendation: deleted or de-identified when you cancel your program or close your account.
- Questionnaire responses from people who are not eligible: deleted once we determine that you are not eligible to enroll.
- Account and contact details: while your account is active, and for up to 24 months after your last order.
- Order, payment, and tax records: 7 years, as required by tax and financial recordkeeping rules. These records show what you purchased and when; they do not include your questionnaire responses.
- Text-message consent records: 4 years after you opt out, so we can show that your messages were authorized.
- Marketing and text-message opt-out records: kept indefinitely, so that we can continue to honor your choice not to be contacted.
- Records of privacy requests: kept as long as needed to show that we handled your request properly.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it, or where we need it to resolve a dispute or establish or defend a legal claim. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
When you ask us to delete your information, we respond without undue delay and within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within that period and may take up to 45 additional days. Where information sits on backup systems, we complete deletion within six months of authenticating your request.
10Your privacy choices & rights
You can:
- Update your account and questionnaire information by contacting us;
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or texts by replying STOP;
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limits.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Contact us. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states). These can include the right to confirm whether we process your information; to access, correct, or delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
The health-related information you provide is treated as sensitive personal information. We use and disclose it only to provide the Services you request and for the other purposes described in this policy, or with your consent where the law requires it.
To exercise these rights, contact us as described below. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. California residents may also designate an authorized agent to act on their behalf.
12Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
14Contact us
Please send questions and privacy requests to info@joinjustright.com. Because our programs are provided online, email is the method we use for these requests, and it is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us.
